You may be low in: Vitamin C, folic acid, and iron

How to get it: Nonstarchy vegetables, like spinach and broccoli (about 6 servings a day); fruits (about 3 servings); whole grains, such as cereal and bread (about 3 servings)

The Diet: Low Calorie

You may be low in: Vitamin E, thiamine, and magnesium

How to get it: Nuts and seeds, such as walnuts, cashews, and sunflower seeds (about 1 ounce a day); beans (1-2 servings); whole grains (3-5 servings)

The Diet: Low Fat

You may be low in: Vitamin E, vitamin B12, and zinc

How to get it: Reduced-fat cheese, milk, and yogurt (2-3 servings a day); beef, pork, and fatty fish, like salmon (2-3 servings); salad dressing (2 tablespoons)
