I'm not going to lie: I spend the last 10 minutes of a grueling workout looking forward to a blissed-out cool-down. Yes, the endorphins are running, but I don't want to necessarily stretch my hamstrings to yet another bass-pumping track. Instead, I throw on some less-amped tunes to soothe my screaming muscles. It's second only to the hot shower I'm going to jump into right afterward.
