R&B star Rihanna hasn't hit the gym much lately "because I've been performing a lot and that really keeps me in shape."
But this doesn't mean that the 19-year-old Barbados-born singer skips working out altogether. "I have a trainer that I see two to three times a week. We do cardio and weights and we try to focus on the arms, the butt, and legs."
Kelly Clarkson's My December is the last album Rihanna downloaded but she says that when it comes to working up a sweat, she's got to have the following tunes on high rotation:
Rihanna also recommends we add in a few of her hits "when you've got to pick up the pace on the treadmill."
