You can't get out of the sweepstakes site, also it says I am not a memeber, funny, since I receive emails and have confirmation of my membership. You guys better higher new IT people!

Some Fitness site, you just make us give out our info to other sites so they can bombard as well. This site sucks and is a complete waste of time...maybe if you decide to actually focus on fitness and not selling your readers info I'll come back. Good luck to you guys, you need it!

When we sweat during a workout ie. boxing,basketball,football, MMA fighting not being hydrated will cause cramping, muscle weakness, irregular heartbeats and other more complicated problems. Don't want to jam up your kidneys either, so let it flow.

This does not apply to pregnant women who do need prenatal vitimins for a healthy child. Women who do not drink more fluids tend to have more bladder infections and UTI. Cranberry juice can help flossing ones teeth, we need to do it daily.Our mouth carries harmful bacteria,which can spread into your blood your DENTIST
