The Goal: The Aflac Iron Girl Las Vegas Women's Triathlon on May 15th, 2010.

1/2-mile swim. 18.6-mile bike. 3.1-mile run. One uncoordinated girl.

Some Fitness site, you just make us give out our info to other sites so they can bombard as well. When we sweat during a workout ie. boxing,basketball,football, MMA fighting not being hydrated will cause cramping, muscle weakness, irregular heartbeats and other more complicated problems. Don't want to jam up your kidneys either, so let it flow.
