The perfect eyeliner is hard to find. Kohl pencils can smudge easily and liquid—for those of us with a shaky hand—can result in looking like a hot mess. Meet my eyes’ new best friend: Lorac Pro Cream Eyeliner ($19, loraccosmetics.com), available in black, dark brown, navy and plum. It’s a cream liner so it glides on smoother than a pencil but isn’t as slippery or messy as a liquid liner. It’s small and portable—perfect to house in your purse or your gym bag. My favorite part is the tapered eyeliner brush that comes with it. It helps you achieve a neat line plus it fits conveniently inside the cap.

    IM ON ALMASED its a program I take.  1 almased shake in the morning, 1 cup of vegetable broth and 1 almased shake in the evening.  I do that for 3 days, then I gradually, take 2 almased shakes then 1 hard meal,  then 2 hard meals and 1 shake, then eventually, I take 3 hard meals and 1 almased shake, and I stay on that forever, cause almased has lots of nutrients in it for a lifetime.  There are 4 stages in this program.  Not doing to bad lost 7 pounds already.   Have a great day.     You have lost mostly water. How much overweight are you? When you go back to eating normal meals you will gain the weight back.

    I lost 34kg over a 2yr period on the Dukan Diet. I gained 10kg & am struggling to loose it so I’ve commenced Vege shakes twice daily with a main meal. Progress is slow but it’s happening. I bicycle 5km every 2nd day & try to get ample sleep. I realise weight loss is a life long commitment & I try to eat relatively healthy – I celebrate a 5kg weight loss with a bowel of pasta then continue shakes thereafter. You have to be so focused but it’s worth it x

    I snack in my diet. this snacking helps me not over do it during meal times. but i am snacking on 1/2 cup of boiled oats or 2 hard boiled egg whites nothing extreemly horrible. working on cutting out the eggs and switching to 1/2cup boiled lintels since reading the article. have lost 15lbs in 3 months and counting!!!
