
After using an eyelash curler, layer on three coats of mascara -- choose one with a chubby wand to pump up the volume -- sweeping up and toward the outer corners of your eyes to fan your fringe. Finish by running the wand along the tips of your lashes for lift and fullness.

I also have a nick to pick with the model chosen. What about those women with pale features. Often times black mascara and liner and colours look too harsh or washed out on women with pale skin and hair. In conclusion: Use many models of different nationalities.
