yes but heres the difference--
Juicing raw fruits and veggies yourself and drinking 90 oz or more of fresh juice daily is enough calories to not be starving on. breakfast- 1 head kale, 1 bag carrots, 4 oranges, 4 apples, 1 head celery juiced and then add to blender with 2 cups frozen berries is about 500 calories and about 40 oz of liquid. Times that by 3 and you are super full all day. For lunch try more veggies maybe sweet potatoe, spinach pineapple, cucumber and celery and then take jucie and blend with a little ice. Dinner try making yourown v8 juice and doing tomatoes, celery, kale, garlic,maybe ginger,cucmber, celery try not to do too much fruit in evening. Do this 60 days in addition to drinking lots of water you will loose probably 30-60 pounds and heal self of any disease.
