Ten Pounds to LOSE!

How much are you exercise are you doing and what type are you doing? Go for around 1200-1500 calories of all quality foods.

Hello, Losing 10 pounds in a month is a very realistic goal. In fact, most dietitians will recommend that you make this your weight loss goal, because it allows you to lose weight at a healthy pace. Track your exercise and calories. Swap soda water with lemon and apple cider vinegar for diet soda. Go for a walk/run three to four times a week. While walking for 30 minutes every day is great for burning calories Snack on veggies.

It sounds to me like you're not drinking enough water. Your body is retaining it to make up for the sweat you're losing and the water you're not getting out of the food. Once you increase your water intake you should be good to go.

I've been working out for 1 month now about 2 hours a day and have been eating healthier and a lot better than before...but i can seem to lose body fat. I've lost 2 lbs but my body fat has gone up and ive gained a few inches. What could I be doing wrong?
