I absolutely LOVE Fitness workouts, they are my go to for sure! Can you suggest a kick butt strength training and calorie burning workout that I can do barefoot?

Not to sound overly simplistic but Yoga and Pilates or a hybrid of the 2 are the best classic ways to train barefoot!
