Theres loads of arm exercise. Tricep extension - seated or standing, dips, tricep kick-backs, bicep curl - seated or standing. Also when you train the bigger muscles like chest and back, your arms generally get a workout too. www.HoneVG.com

You can use weights but I prefer using my body weight as resistance in my workouts. Some good exercises, that uses your body weight are: pushups, dips, chinups, pullups, plank,
