Pulling on the silk as hard as you can before class to see if it is secure enough to hold you

Continually hitting your face against the hanging silks when starting out with floor positions

Using the silks to stretch your arms by leaning forward feels SO GOOD

Three-legged planks, not so much

Looking around to see if anyone else is struggling as much as you are

The fear of hitting your head on the ceiling when you stand up in the silks

"Do I need to hold this position any longer?"

The fear of falling on your head while inverted is uncomfortably real
