You've got the dream partner — now it's time to get the dream body for that wedding dress. While a hardcore workout is enough to get anyone in the zone, the right music can push you past what you might have thought possible. So we tapped Simone De La Rue, creator of Body by Simone and trainer to happily married stars like Anne Hathaway and Camila Alves McConaughey, to create a playlist inspired by the big day. "I chose slower songs for the strength moves and about 132-138 beats per minute for cardio," she says. "Just enough to give you a good workout without hindering your form." "Whenever, wherever, whatever" - Maxwell
This is a great stretching song; use it for your warm-up to get the juices flowing.

"Crazy in Love" - Beyoncé
The perfect dance cardio song. Crank it up and channel your inner Queen B!

"White Wedding" - Billy Idol
A solid choice for arm workouts. Pick up the resistance bands and do biceps curls and triceps extensions — and make sure you snarl your lip in honor of Billy!

"I'm a Believer" - Smash Mouth
Pick up a jump rope and see if you can last the entire song.

"She Will Be Loved" - Maroon 5
Time yourself: How long can you hold a plank? Aim to eventually make it through the entire tune without losing form.

"With or Without You" - U2
Work your legs on this one. Alternate between squats and front and side lunges, alternating every 30 seconds until the song is over.

"Ain't No Other Man" - Christina Aguilera
Use this for low-impact cardio like the elliptical or stationary bike.

"Kiss" - Prince
A great song for crunches. On the "kiss, kiss, kiss" sounds, hold the contraction and move at the waist from side to side to work your obliques.

"Sexy Back" - Justin Timberlake
Because you want to strut a sexy back in your wedding dress! Play this song whenever you work on glutes; test it out with these two routines:
