The Spin Class You Can Take from Your Phone

SoulCycle and its iterations have taken the world by storm, and for good reason: They offer calorie-torching workouts, inspiring instructors, and awesome playlists (who doesn't love that music?). Still, spending hundreds of dollars a month can hurt your budget.

In this 30-minute strength-training indoor cycling class, fitness expert Vanessa Wilkins pushes you through an uphill climb, focusing on the use of resistance at safe tempos to move in and out of the saddle fluidly. "This ride focuses on climbs to strengthen your glutes and hamstrings," says Wilkins. After a 10- to 15-minute warm-up, follow along with Wilkins as she takes you in and out of the saddle for a group-cycling class like no other. We suggest blasting Beyoncé for an extra dose of motivation.
