Meet Your New Favorite Booty Boot-Camp Workout


We love a good boot-camp class. Why? Not only do these classes add variety, style, and intensity to your workout schedule, they can also be modified to fit any fitness level. This means you and your bestie can work out together no matter what your respective abilities are, which is awesome because working out with a partner has been shown to increase your likelihood of sticking with a routine.

Today's featured Grokker class is a lower-body boot-camp workout designed to tighten and tone through a three-layer workout system. Sandra Augustin will guide you through each round from easiest to most challenging, but feel free to adjust to the level that best works with your skill level. As for equipment, all you'll need is a tube resistance band; an exercise mat is optional.

In This Workout

Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises, 8 to 12 reps each. Each round gets progressively more challenging.

  • Side step with tap
  • Hip hinges
  • X-back curtsy lunge
  • Alternate leg kickbacks
