While we definitely aren't ones to shy away from a total-body workout (hey, it's efficient), sometimes you want to show a little extra love to your lower bod. And that's totally okay. Each exercise is designed specifically to tone up your legs, glutes, and thighs, so by the time you're done you'll likely walk away with legs that feel more than a little wobbly. (It's okay, just tighten up that core and use the hand rails when going up and down stairs for safety purposes.) Tack it on at the end of a full-body routine, or if you're short on time, just go for a quick hit of this. You'll perform each move for about 30 seconds before moving onto the next — no breaks! — and then repeat the entire sequence twice.
