Start with a warm-up with step tap reach, toe taps, jumping jacks, arm circles/shoulder rolls, hip rolls, and hamstring curls. The main circuit starts with a basic squat, a split squat, and a plié squat, followed by a standing oblique crunch, a basic crunch, and a bicycle. Keep your heart rate up with the single-leg reverse lunge with knee-up, curtsy lunge, and side lunge. Challenge your core with a front plank, left side plank, and right side plank. Repeat the main circuit once more. Cool down with a runner's lunge, hamstring stretch, triangle pose, and a few deep breaths.
