Sculpt a Lean Upper Body Using Just Your Bodyweight

While cardio has its sweaty benefits, building muscle is just as important when it comes to your heath. Not only does it help build stronger bones, but it also burns more fat and calories and helps you maintain a healthier heart. (And those are only a few of the strength training benefits.) But that doesn't mean you have to lift heavy to get the perks you're after — bodyweight exercises are a great way build strength and muscle if you're just starting out, can't make it to the gym, or don't have any equipment on hand. Plus, by using your own bodyweight as resistance, you can laser-focus on your form. (That said, don't believe these myths about lifting heavy.) 

This upper body workout is led by expert trainer Jaime McFaden, a senior master trainer for Jillian Michaels. She'll guide you through a quick routine that doesn't require any equipment, and by the end you'll be ready to don all the sleeveless tops in your closet.
