The 10-Minute Core Workout That Prevents Injuries

So many of our daily activities, like sitting at work all day or trying a new fitness class, can lead to aches and pains. But let's be real: Nobody has time to deal with that. That's why it's important to have a strong core and posterior chain. Strengthening those muscles—everything from your hamstrings all the way up to your lower back—can help melt away pain, and prevent any more of it from cropping up. (P.S. This routine, designed by Grokker expert Sam Skelton, is exactly what you need to get started. All you'll need is an exercise mat, and you'll perform each move for about 30 seconds.
