The Canadian vlogger and body activist recently started an Instagram trend called #CelluliteSaturday. She hopes to encourage women to share pictures of their cellulite so that we can finally normalize this so-called "flaw."
"I exercise 5x a week, I will murder you at cardio (my cardiovascular system is off the hizzy), I foam roll, I do yoga, I stretch, I eat my greens and I drink over a gallon of water every day," she captioned one of her Instagram photos. "SO, don't tell me that I have to be more fit, more healthy, more this, more that, don't tell me to try your cream or that I need to create more blood flow to the places where my cellulite exists."

At just 9 years old, Andrea was caught in a gas explosion that left her with third-degree burns and a face she no longer recognized in the mirror.
Years later, she went viral for taking part in a gorgeous photoshoot flaunting her belly at 39 weeks pregnant. This happened after doctors said her burns would never allow her to carry a baby to term. She hopes her story will help others like her to regain their confidence and find joy in their lives.
Laura shared this powerful photo of herself before and after pregnancy to her Facebook page. Rather than getting hung up on all the changes her body has experienced, she decided it was so much better to embrace them. "I have achieved more with this body [than] I have with my old body," she captioned the photo. "I've eaten more good foods. I've lived more, I've given more, I've enjoyed more. I've made life. This body should be celebrated and admired."
While extreme weight loss is an accomplishment in itself, the aftermath isn't as rewarding as it may seem. After losing 90 pounds, Rachel got real about the harsh reality of losing a lot of weight so fast. In a powerful Instagram photo, she showed off her excess skin but refused to let it consume her.
"It doesn't hold me back like the weight used to," she posted alongside her photo. "This stomach has grown two beautiful boys.. Has been through a 90lb+ gain and loss (100lb+ lost from my highest weight while pregnant!)... I do plan to have surgery some day, but in the mean time I'm just working on self loooovvveeee."
After surviving a fire that nearly ended her life, Turia was determined to do everything in her power to live life to the fullest. Even after doctors told her she would never be able to run again, the 29-year-old proved them wrong and recently competed in the Ironman World Championships. "When I'm in pain or I want to quit I just remind myself of everything I've gone through," she told Health. "I really believe anyone can do anything if they just put their mind to it, and take one step at a time."
Olivia's naked postpartum selfie took the internet by storm earlier this year. The mommy blogger hoped that her bold gesture would help take the pressure off of women who want their bodies to go right back to "normal" after giving birth. "Sure, some days I wish it didn't juggle so much and was a bit 'firmer,'" Olivia confesses while addressing her belly. "Then I just remember the awesome sh*t it's done, and cut myself some slack and go eat a cheeseburger because we earned it."

Although many people might consider her overweight, Amy learned to love her body after living with insecurities for years. To help others get to the same place, she took part in a unique social experiment. She took off her clothes and showcased her "flaws" in the middle of a crowded marketplace, with a sign that said: "I'm standing for anyone who has struggled with a self-esteem issues like me, because all bodies are valuable. To support self-acceptance, draw a (heart) on my body." Within moments, people covered her body with hearts and kind words, showing their support and proving to the world that every body deserves to be celebrated.
When she's not too busy going viral for her casual breastfeeding photos, Haddas has been known to share inspirational selfies showing off her postpartum body. The photos are usually raw and honest, showing that not every body is perfect, and that's okay.
One of her captions reads: "[Here's] an image that says, my body is stretched, sagging, and uneven but I'm still attractive. You don't stop looking good in a bikini once you have kids, you just look like a different kind of good. Put on your bikini and belly chain, do your best Kylie Jenner in the pool pose, and be proud that your child thinks you're the most beautiful person in the world. That's all that matters anyway." So true.

Now, she's a certified personal trainer and has lost more than 150 pounds, though her weight-loss journey was anything but easy. Meghan captioned a recent "after" photo, "This is the reality of my situation, and the reality of life after #majorweightloss.
