The Internet Is Losing It Over This 8-Months-Pregnant Woman Doing Yoga

Plenty of people shudder at the thought of doing backbends, headstands, and slow-motion somersaults. Now imagine performing those poses while eight months pregnant.

Saranlux "Wah" Wunjina, a 37-year-old private yoga teacher from Thailand, is making prenatal yoga look easy—and people can't seem to get enough. Having gained 25 pounds during her pregnancy so far, the 5-foot-3 yogi is still seamlessly moving through poses, and her videos are taking the internet by storm.

"My flexibility, strength, and balance aren't as good as they were before, but I tried to adjust my practice to feel comfortable," she tells Cosmopolitan. That said, Wunjina's Instagram documents her effortlessly flowing through intricate yoga poses that can take years to master. Take a look.

Despite an array of Instagram trolls accusing her of endangering her baby, Wunjina reassures her 10K plus followers that her one and only priority is her baby's safety. For her, prenatal yoga is a safe, yet challenging way to build strength that will help make her fitness journey after childbirth much easier.

Even though her baby is due next month, it doesn't seem like Wunjina plans to get off the mat any time soon.
