Simone Biles Isn't Ashamed of her ADHD and We Love Her For It

The Russian hacking group responsible for leaking confidential DNC and White House e-mails has struck again—this time releasing several US Olympians' medical records.

The World Anti-Doping Agency is taking this issue very seriously and released a statement addressing concerns.

"WADA deeply regrets this situation and is very conscious of the threat that it represents to athletes whose confidential information has been divulged through this criminal act," Olivier Niggli, WADA's executive director, said in the statement.

"WADA condemns these ongoing cyber-attacks that are being carried out in an attempt to undermine WADA and the global anti-doping system."

Basketball player Elena Delle Donne, Serena Williams, and Venus Williams were targeted in particular—as well as four-time Olympic gold medalist, Simone Biles.

The records reveal that Biles has been using a drug prohibited by the WADA. That said, USA Gymnastics later issued a statement clarifying that the drug was approved for what's known as a 'therapeutic-use exemption', but did not mention what drug it was.

In light of all the chaos and questions, Biles took to Twitter to explain that she, in fact, has ADHD and has been taking medication for it ever since she was a child.

Later, she tweeted the following, advocating for mental health issues and proving that not even Russian hackers have the power to bring her down.

Never change Simone!
