  • Silk Heart Health with Plant Sterols

    This brand-new vanilla soymilk is hitting store shelves this month. It's slightly less sweet than the regular Silk Vanilla Soymilk with just 7g of sugar per cup — perfect for adding a hint of vanilla to bran cereal or coffee. What really sets this apart though, is that Silk has added plant sterols, a naturally occurring compound found in some nuts, fruits, and vegetables, that may help to lower cholesterol. You need to consume at least 0.8g of sterols per day to see the benefits; a cup of Silk Heart Health delivers .65g.

  • Zola Superfood Smoothie

    Zola, the maker of Acai berry juice drinks, has branched out and is now making smoothies with fruits from the Amazon. My particular favorite is the Superfood Smoothie. Don't let the green color throw you off: This blend of Cupuacu (ku-pu-ah-su), Graviola, and Acai with a mixture of greens (like Spirulina), thrown in, is just the right mix of tart and sweet. The smoothies are made with nothing but juice and are packed with vitamins.

  • Vita Coco with Acai & Pomegranate

    Coconut water can be something of an acquired taste, but Vita Coco gives it broader appeal with this blend of acai and pomegranate.
