    2 tablespoons chia seeds

    1 cup frozen mango chunks

    1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

    4 strawberries

    1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)

    Stir chia seeds into water and let sit 20 minutes. Pour into blender and add remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth.
