Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 packed cup spinach
  • 1 cup aloe juice
  • 1 tablespoon moringa powder

Directions

1. Wash and pat dry spinach. Chop pineapple.

2. Add aloe juice, spinach, pineapple, and moringa powder to blender. Blend and enjoy.

NOTE: Wanna make things even easier for yourself in the morning? Turn this green smoothie into a freezer smoothie! Pack a quart-size freezer bag or a mason jar with a tight seal with chopped pineapple first, then the spinach. When it's time to make your smoothie, first dump out the frozen spinach into the blender. Add aloe juice and blend. Then, add the pineapple and moringa powder, blend, and gulp down. If you have a high-speed blender (lucky!) you can blend everything at once. (Want even more time-saving ideas? Try these freezer smoothies that make mornings easier.)
