This Gluten-Free Pizza Recipe Is About to Be A Dinner Favorite

We all love a good pizza, and this version is sure to delight whether you're gluten-sensitive or not. Grokker's Danielle Hayley shares her take on healthy, gluten-free cauliflower pizza with a variety of delicious toppings to choose from in the video below. Ingredients

Pizza base

  • 1/2–3/4 head of cauliflower
  • 1–2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Tomato sauce

  • 8 large tomatoes
  • Dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 chopped white onion
  • 3 cloves garlic

Topping suggestions: Prosciutto, pineapple, mushroom, Parmesan, sun-dried tomato, artichoke, goat cheese, black olives, red onion

Instructions

For the pizza base, grind cauliflower for about 10 seconds, then add flour, oregano, and baking soda. Grind about 20 more seconds. From there, add 1–2 lightly beaten eggs and pulse. (You don't want the texture to be too wet—sticky paste is the texture you're looking for.)

Spread mixture on a greased baking sheet into two pizza rounds and bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes. Flip the crust and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Top crust with chosen toppings, bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
