  • Nutty Monkey Smoothie Popsicles

Then all you do is layer crushed pistachios and sliced bananas in your ice pop molds, pour the high-protein drink (we're talking 30 grams in one container) over the top, and freeze. These dense pops are more of a powered-up meal than a snack, but you'll probably want one for breakfast, lunch, and after dinner.

    What you'll need:
    1/4 cup crushed pistachios
3 cups chocolate protein shake (such as Bolthouse Farms)
    3 tablespoons honey almond butter
2 to 3 bananas, sliced to thickness of ice pop mold
