Ingredients

  • 1 small turnip plus greens, peeled and diced
  • 1 small beet plus beet greens, peeled and diced
  • 2 medium tart apples, peeled and cored
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled and seeded
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
