Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 3 tomatillos, husked and cored
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 lime, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 1/2 jalapeno (keep seeds for extra heat)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
