Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby kale
  • 1 -2 sprigs parsley
  • 2 summer squash, diced
  • 2 small pears of choice, peeled and cored
  • 1 parsnip, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cups white tea, cooled

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
