Fennel Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 fennel bulb, including fronds (strip these from the tough, yet edible, stalks)
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled
  • 1 celery stalk, including leaves
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
