Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 2 carrots, peeled
  • 1 small apple of choice, peeled and cored
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary.
