Fun Fact: You Can Make A Charitable Donation the Next Time You Orgasm

If you were worried that your private me-time is a total time suck, well don't. A new website called IJustCame.org is making the time you take to masturbate philanthropic, giving a penny to charity for each video you watch. All you have to do: After completing a pleasure sesh, users click an "IJUSTCAME!" button to send an "orgasmic donation."

So yes, you really can be loud and proud about self-pleasure—it's for a good cause.

According to the Huffington Post, the founders—two Stanford grads using pseudonyms to protect their future career possibilities—started the site in the hope that the porn industry can separate itself from a negative image of promoting sexual violence and revenge porn. And the charities were all carefully chosen, with proceeds being split between the Movember Foundation (which fights prostate and testicular cancer), The Joyful Heart Foundation (Mariska Hargitay's organization that helps sexual assault victims), and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.

But before you go for a marathon of mini-flicks (pun intended), know that there is a limit of two donations per day, and there's a 15-minute wait-period between charitable views. While we have to wait and see how quickly the cents add up—it is only a penny per view, after all—the founders told the Huffington Post that while running an anonymous private version of the site they managed to raise $1,000 in a "very short time." And seeing as the porn market is a multibillion dollar industry, well, the site could end up raising a significant amount of funds. (See: 15 Masturbation Myths We Somehow Still Believe.)

Regardless, the site itself proves we've come a long way in de-stigmatizing female pleasure, and even sex itself. That's something we don't mind raising a little money for.
