At 4:30 a.m. some of us are just rolling over, but First Lady Michelle Obama is breaking a sweat at the gym. As a guest editor this week on iVillage, Obama shared her workout secrets, which involves super early sweat sessions before the kids are up. Even her hubby President doesn't get up that early as she writes; "I usually get to the gym before he does. But he is usually there either in the middle of my workout or right at the end."

We know she's not the only dedicated gym goer out there, so we decided to ask our Twitter followers what there gym call times are. Read their responses below and then set that alarm clock 30 minutes earlier tomorrow.

@eclectikchic: Earliest? 6 a.m. Latest? 8 p.m.
@NC64808: 1 a.m. is the latest I've exercised.
@start2finish12: I wake up at 4:30 a.m. and am out the door by 5 a.m. #longcommute
@heyshawntae: My alarm goes off at 4:20 a.m. every weekday so I'm at the gym by 5 a.m.!
@sharbubbles: I'm always up at 5 a.m. for the early morning workout. It's my 'better than coffee' wake up call.
@SprinkledwLove: Last summer I dragged myself out of bed for 4:30 a.m. jogs! So peaceful & cool. Reflective gear = a must.
@RunSylviaRUN: I get up at 4 a.m. to work out at 5 a.m., 6 days a week!
