I was so excited to see what kind of workout you were going to have for this plan. I was not happy at all! I am in a electric wheel chair. Only one could modify one of these. So can you help me in my wheel chair. I really do need to tone up and lose weight. I know for a fact that just diet only works for a very short time then you stop losing. Please Help Me. Please!
