
Toast a small whole wheat bagel (about 2 ounces). Top one half with 2 teaspoons peanut butter and 1/2 banana, mashed. Spread other half with 1 teaspoon Nutella. Top peanut butter half with Nutella half.

2/15/2012 08:47:00 AM Report AbuseThe picture is very misleading (It looks like a tbsp. of each). Both Nutella and my natural pb are 100 calories a tbsp., and the bagel its 100 calories per tbsp. You can easily have a 400-cal breakfast as part of a healthy diet, as long as you know that's what you're consuming.

7/15/2011 07:25:49 PM Report AbuseFor nutritional info all you need to do is go to a calorie counting site and look up each individual component to see the calories and then just add it up. But I can say that a med size banana can run about 80-100 calories for the whole thing.
