Turkey, Apple, and Cheese Pita Pockets

Cut 1 large whole wheat pita pocket in half and stuff each with 1/2 cup baby spinach, 1 ounce sliced turkey breast, 1/4 thinly sliced apple, and 1 tablespoon shredded Gruyère. Serve with remaining 1/2 apple.

This was delicious! I omitted the cheese to avoid dairy but the apples make it just the right amount of sweet and juice that you don't need dressing. Very good and filling.
