That smoothie was so gross.
I wanted to know if I can use these recipes for breakfast while on the Fitness Better Body Plan, since in the magazine it only has about 5 options for 4 weeks. Also, for the other recipes for lunch that are 400 calories and the dinner for 500 calories, can I use something that I find on the website?

Simplest smoothie but for someone who is used to a sugar laden breakfast it was satisfying & filling!
