Excellent idea. Just the same, most of us probably don't have the fitness seeking friends Kristi has. And, while those in the picture don't really look like VB players, I go to the gym at least once a week and play power volleyball for about 3 hours and it's marvelous for keeping my body strength and flexibility up. I'm 66 and dive for balls, block, spike etc.
