As a Spinning instructor, I thought my legs got enough of a workout at classes. Boy, was I wrong! I loved the endurance I was building up as I lost at least a half inch from each thigh.

I really wish that you guys would set up the before and after shots differently. It would be nice if they were in the same frame - side by side. Flipping back and forth I find it difficult to see the difference - but when they are side by side you can really tell the difference. I'm going to start this tomorrow! Thanks!
