The Hot Legs Workout

After



Get lean and strong with this 15-minute tush-to-toe makeover.

  • Keeping hips lifted throughout, bring left knee out to left to untuck foot, then extend leg diagonally up to left.
  • Return left foot to tuck position. Do 20 reps. Switch sides and repeat. Do 2 sets.

You CAN print them but the print icon is so faded out you barely see it. Scroll to the top of this page and it's the one on the far right in the same row of icons as facebook and twitter. It would be more user friendly they had a "print it" text link near the actual exercises...at least at the beginning or end of the series.
