Firm Your Hips, Thighs, and Butt

Problem: Thick Calves

The Fix: Standing calf raises

  • Lift and lower heels as far as comfortable.
  • Do 20 to 25 reps.

Why do you need to stand on a step?? SOUNDS like lifting off is merely raising and lowering on the balls of your feet, heels elevated... like standing on your toes essentially.... and yes I agree photos would be a great help.
