- Maintaining lunge position, bend left knee 90 degrees toward ground, rotating left arm counterclockwise so that palm faces diagonally up behind you.
- Straighten left leg and return left arm to palm-down position to complete 1 rep. (Maintain lunge throughout as you bend and straighten left knee and rotate left arm.)
- Do 16 reps. Switch sides and repeat. Do 2 to 3 sets.
