Reese Witherspoon

The Oscar-winning actress and mom of two, 34, turned to exercise to deal with the stress of her divorce from Ryan Phillippe in 2007. Reese hit the road running -- literally -- three or four times weekly, and she shaped up with her trainer Michael George, who also suggested that she add more colorful produce to her diet. The newly engaged star also spiced up her workouts with spinning and YogaHop, a 90-minute Hatha Yoga class set to hip-hop, rock, and pop music.

Jennifer Aniston

At one time Jennifer, 41, thought of exercise as a chore, but when she split from husband Brad Pitt in 2005, she realized she wanted more out of her workout. She turned to yoga for two-hour sessions three times a week with trainer Mandy Ingber, which helped her recover from the divorce and tune into her body. Jennifer also runs and eats a healthy diet of lean protein, fruit, and veggies, with the occasional splurge on chips with salsa.

Eva, who filed for divorce from basketball player Tony Parker last fall, looked amazing at this year's Golden Globes. The Desperate Housewives star, 35, prefers to exercise at home three to four times weekly with a trainer. She constantly changes her routine to keep her body challenged and to prevent boredom. (BTW, Eva is no slouch when it comes to fitness knowledge: She graduated with a degree in kinesiology from Texas A&M!) Eva added more vegetables to her diet after reading the book Skinny Bitch, which promotes the virtues of a vegan diet, but she generally believes in moderation in the form of the occasional slice of pizza or a chocolate chip cookie.

Payback never looked so good than when Sandra appeared at the Spike TV Guys Choice Awards in June 2010, three months after ditching husband Jesse James. The Academy Award-winning actress stays in screen-ready shape by mixing up her fitness program. Pilates, plyometrics, kickboxing, strength training, and dance (her favorite) are all in her routine. To keep her diet on track, Sandra, 46, plans her meals one week at a time (brown rice, steamed veggies, and black beans are mainstays), scheduling one cheat day for indulging.

The day Kate's split went public in March 2010, she was spotted on a boat looking terrific in a bikini! Women everywhere love the way she embraces her curves. Kate's no fan of diets and believes in all foods in moderation, including sweets. The 35-year-old actress has a very low-key fitness routine too: She pops in a Pilates DVD for 20 minutes daily so that she can stay active even when her schedule is packed.

January is set to portray Emma Frost in the upcoming X Men: First Class movie, hitting theaters this summer.
