I agree with extremecircumst: I personally cannot work out to most of these songs... I need something to pump me up.... Today "Let's Get Loud" by Jennifer Lopez and "This is How a Heart Breaks" by Rob Thomas popped up on my workout playlist while I was at the gym and I noticed with both of them that my speed and intensity picked up--Like I was running for a cause! I need more songs like those!
