This energizing 10-song set of workout tunes pumps up my cardio routine every time.

When I'm pressed for time, I skip my strength-building routine and hit the elliptical trainer for 30 minutes of cardio. If I'm feeling particularly energized, I use the cross-training setting to step it up a bit. One thing I never start a cardio workout without: my iPod. Below are my 10 all-time favorite workout tunes -- these are the songs that will keep me on the elliptical even if my 30 minutes are up.
