12 high-energy songs that'll rock your next cardio workout.

If you're like me, it can sometimes take a little mental trickery to get you off the couch, into those sneakers, and out for a run. I've come to rely on my iPod to keep me pumped for a cardio workout, and I've loaded it with songs that pick me up and make me push a little harder, run a little faster, go a little longer. (Maybe it's because I'm picturing her arms of steel, but Madonna ALWAYS makes me feel like a workout goddess.) Here are some of my favorites -- the songs that keep me going for a few more blocks, and a few that just make me feel like a rock star.
