Swimmer Jessica Hardy credits her stamina through long workout days to eating small meals five to six times throughout the day. "I try to get active before I have time to talk myself out of it. Fitness is 80 percent mental and 20 percent physical. I take each workout minute by minute, and don't get caught up in the entirety of the whole workout."
