How It Works

By motivating each other to get up and go, you'll not only shake up your usual weeknight couch-wine-reality TV routine, you'll be learning moves together and sharing a new experience. None of your photos match the exercises you are describing and you doing an exercise and then your partner doing the same exercises, just sharing equipment doesn't make it a partner exercise, just an exercise with shared equipment. An example of a partner exercises would be the hook squats, where the exercise can't be done without a partner.
