Celebrity Resolutions: Health and Fitness Goals for 2012

Make a resolution this year to live a little healthier. To help, we asked some of our favorite celebs what their healthy living goals are for the New Year. Snag a few for your own list and start 2012 off on a happier, fitter foot.

"I think balance in life is the key to good health. My goal in 2012 is to maintain balance by finding time to give to others. This year I partnered with LATISSE through the LATISSE Wishes Challenge campaign to raise funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation to grant wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions. To keep my body feeling balanced, I vow to stay rested by sleeping at least eight hours (or more!) every night."
