Targets: Shoulders, back, chest, arms, and abs
-- Start on all fours, toes curled under, then move into downward dog position: Press hips toward ceiling, straightening legs and walking hands slightly forward until body forms an inverted V. (Keep heels flat on floor.) MAKE IT HARDER: Begin in inverted V position with feet on a step or bench.
-- Slowly bend elbows to lower torso about 4 inches toward floor. Press up to return to downward dog.
-- Start with 2 sets of 8 to 12 reps.

Are the arms supposed to go out to the sides like a regular push up or keep the elbows close to the sides to work the triceps?

4/13/2011 07:41:00 AM Report AbuseDoes anyone read these comments? For over a year, we've been telling you that you can't print out all the slides at once, but must do it one at a time. One year later and you STILL can't print all the slides at once. There is NO OPTION for all the slides. Why can't you fix this?
